At Chavez Travels, we value our loyal community. Our Cashback program is designed to reward you for choosing us for your Sri Lankan adventures and for sharing your experience with others.
Eligibility
- Cashback offers are applicable only to registered customers who book directly through the Chavez Travels official website or authorized consultants. - The offer is valid for specific tour packages marked with the "Cashback" badge at the time of booking.
Earning Cashback
- Completion Required: Cashback is only "earned" once the tour has been successfully completed in its entirety. - Review Rewards: If a cashback offer is tied to a review or social media sharing, the content must remain public and comply with our community guidelines to qualify.
Redemption & Payment
- Processing Time: Once verified, cashback amounts will be processed within 14 business days. -Method: Refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method used during booking. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a "Travel Credit" voucher for 110% of the cashback value, valid for 24 months.
Exclusions
- Cashback cannot be combined with other promotional discounts or "Early Bird" offers unless explicitly stated. - If a tour is cancelled (by either party), any potential cashback associated with that booking is forfeited.
Program Modification
- Chavez Travels reserves the right to modify or terminate the cashback program at any time. However, any bookings made while a specific offer was active will be honored.
